Interactive Online Floor Plan: Achieve additional exposure and more informed prospects!

We’ve enhanced the COMMUNITY 2012 online floor plan to provide greater exposure to your company in advance of the conference. Attendees can view our Web site and simply click on your exhibit space to learn more about your company’s offerings and research your products and services before seeing you at the show. Take advantage of this opportunity to achieve more informed prospects to help you close a sale.

Detailed information on how to update your company profile and virtual booth is outlined here. Visit the web page to update your company's information. Click on "Digital Booth Editor Login", select your company and enter your password. Your password is your company number on your invoice.

Exhibitor Services Manual

Order all your necessary services for COMMUNITY 2012 through the Freeman Online Service Manual. This integrated ordering allows exhibitors to order Freeman products and services as well as other contractor and facility services through Freeman OnLine. Make a bigger impact at the conference and enjoy greater value by purchasing a visibility package designed to enhance your company’s presence at the expo.  This valuable package, available only to exhibitor, includes:

  • Senior Living Executive Preview Premium Listing. Every exhibitor gets a basic listing.  Rise above them with a premium listing in the March/April issue of Senior Living Executive magazine.  Premium listings include a company logo, description, email address and web address.

COMMUNITY 2012 Sponsorship Opportunities

Make sure your company promotes its brand directly to the buying audience and your current customers at ALFA 2012 through customized sponsorship packages!  Several tiers of sponsorship will be offered ranging from $5,000- $40,000.  The COMMUNITY 2012 Sponsorship Prospectus will be available in January, 2012.

Deadline Dates

Many important deadlines are approaching. The deadline date checklist is available to view important deadlines as it relates to your participation in COMMUNITY 2012. The Exhibitor Services Manual contains more detailed information on specific services.

Exhibitor Registration & Housing

Click here to register your booth personnel for COMMUNITY 2012. Each 10x10 booth will receive (2) two full conference registrations and (4) four exhibitor personnel passes. In addition, each 10x10 booth will receive (5) five complementary exhibit hall only passes to invite your customers that can be used on either Wednesday or Thursday. All exhibitors will receive an email with their individual exhibitor password in it. The registration deadline is May 11th. NEW THIS YEAR! Lunch is included for all full conference registrants.

Payments
As a reminder, all final payments for booth space are due January 13, 2012. Member rates are extended to companies who are ALFA 2012 members as of March 1, 2012. 

Looking to Host a Customer Event?
ALFA is accepting requests to secure meeting space for events you wish to host after scheduled conference activities. Please complete the request here and send it to Amanda Shapiro, Director of Meeting Management, ashapiro@alfa.org. Requests will not be accepted with incomplete forms.
