MatrixCare®, provider of electronic health records for long-term care and senior living providers, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire AOD Software of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc.’s Managing Director Ryan Saul recently sold two assisted living communities in Ohio, totaling 147 units. A private buyer purchased the communities for $6.25 million.
