HR Roundtable

The Human Resources Executive Roundtable is concerned primarily with leadership development and retention, such as providing a guiding framework to strengthen leadership at all levels, mentoring and coaching programs and skills development, and more. Other typical topics of discussion include alignment of performance systems with the organization’s business plans and strategic objectives, employee benefit plan management, staff training and development, and other issues.
