Hotel Rates:

The Gaylord Texan hotel rate for COMMUNITY 2012 is $199/night. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. The ALFA group rate is available until April 16, 2011 and is subject to availability. The Gaylord Texan has a $15.00 per day, per room resort fee that will be posted to your account upon check in.

This fee includes:

• Wired and wireless internet access in guest rooms
• Daily newspaper
• Bottled water (2 replenished daily)
• Access to the resort's state-of-the-art Fitness Center
• Local phone calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter)
• Toll-free and credit card calls up to 20 minutes($.10/minute thereafter)
  
  

Early Departure Fee: Please note the Gaylord Texan has a $50 early departure fee. Please refer to your hotel confirmation email for details.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits will be refunded by the Gaylord Texan for rooms cancelled more than 120 hours prior to arrival. To make any changes or updates to your reservation, please call the hotel directly at 1-817-778-2000.

Incidental Charge:

A credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit of $50.00/day will be accessed for incidentals; any unused funds will be released upon check out.

ALFA Room Block Policy:

Rooms available at the ALFA rate are intended for conference registrants and exhibitors only. Rooms reserved at the ALFA rate by those attending unaffiliated events may be subject to cancellation. Please reserve your hotel room under the same name that you complete your conference registration under. Multiple hotel reservations under one name be subject to review. Please contact ALFA with questions.

The hotel will accept name changes to room reservations up to 3 days prior to arrival at no additional charge, if there is no change to the arrival and departure dates.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
