Advocate on behalf of senior living care employees, residents and their families by contacting your Senators and Members of Congress. Advocating is as easy as clicking a "Take Action" button, entering your zip code, and sharing a little information with Congress about you and why a particular piece of legislation is important to you. Take action online.

ALFA members attend the spring Advocacy Day Fly-In on Capitol Hill to advocate for policies that will advance quality of life for America’s seniors.

ALFA members are invited to join executive roundtables. These by-invitation-only peer groups are comprised of seasoned senior living professionals from a variety of disciplines and functional areas, who meet in person and through conference calls to discuss their most pressing business challenges.
