What is included in a full conference registration?

A full conference registration includes:

• Access into all of the sessions, including the General Sessions and Concurrent Sessions
• Eligibility to receive Continuing Education Credit
• Access to the exhibit hall on both days
• Access to the Heroes Award Lunch (subject to availability) and COMMUNITY 2012 Welcome Reception
• Continental breakfast for three days
• Lunch for two days

Can my spouse or guest attend? What does a guest registration include?

Yes. Your spouse or guest may register and attend as a Guest registrant. Guest registration includes full access to general session, meal functions, and admission to the exhibit hall. Please note that this registration type is limited to spouses or significant others of full conference attendees only. This registration type is not eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEU’s).

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Yes. There is no charge to substitute an individual from your same company. Please send all substitution information to alfa@experient-inc.com.

Can I transfer my hotel room to another person?

Yes. Please call the hotel directly at 817-778-2000 to change the name on the reservation. The hotel will accept name changes to room reservations up to 3 days prior to arrival at no additional charge, if there is no change to the arrival and departure dates.

What does the resort fee at the hotel include?

The Gaylord Texan has a $15.00 per day, per room resort fee that will be posted to your account upon check in.

This fee includes:

• Wired and wireless internet access in guest rooms
• Daily newspaper
• Bottled water (2 replenished daily)
• Access to the resort's state-of-the-art Fitness Center
• Local phone calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter)
• Toll-free and credit card calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter)

Do you offer one day passes to the conference?

Yes. You can register for either Wednesday, May 16th or Thursday , May 17th. The daily pass for Thursday, May 17th, also includes Friday, May 18th. Day passes also include the opportunity to participate in the complete line-up of events and meals scheduled that day. Learn more information about COMMUNITY 2012 registration.

What days and times is the exhibit hall open?

The exhibit hall is opening during the following times:

• Wednesday, May 15, 2012 – 12:00pm-3:30pm
• Thursday, May 16, 2012 – 10:30am-1:00pm
• Please note the exhibit hall is NOT open on Friday.
