NOTE:  Each member or non-member provider who lists a community, service or product on the Senior Living Community Directory agrees on the hold harmless and indemnification language.


HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION

As a condition of listing your community or facility and/or product or service on the Assisted Living Federation of America Senior Living Community Directory you hereby warrant and agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Assisted Living Federation of America, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers and authorized agents from and against any and all third party claims, actions, causes of action, demands, judgments, damages, or injuries to persons or property arising out of or related to your facility, service or product listing on the Assisted Living Federation of America Senior Living Community Directory.  This warranty shall survive the termination or discontinuation of your listing or use of the Assisted Living Federation of America Senior Living Community Directory for any reason.
