Curtis Bond is a nurse from Southerland Place Midlothian.  He  is a living testament to Brookdale’s mission statement: Enriching the lives of those we serve with compassion, respect, excellence and integrity.  He understands how much a kind word, a hug or just his presence can mean to a resident.

He is always willing to go the extra mile for his residents, their families and the staff.  Curtis walks the walk and talks the talk.  He is a man of his word and a wonderful role model for his team. 

Nominators Susan Lee and Renee Hanley wrote in his
nomination letter that the community is a better place because of Curtis Bond.  The go on to say that Curtis is someone who is always stirred with doing the very best for his residents and he is never shaken.  He is Bond – Curtis Bond.
