Provider to Spotlight program. Participation InstructionsWe thank you for your participation in this program. If you are ready to set up an account and share your energy saving data with ALFA, please follow these C.A.R.E instructions.Upon submission of data via the EPA Portfolio Manager, a senior manager must submit a peer review application so that ALFA can verify accuracy of the data.
