ALFA’s Senior Living Career Center has long existed as a resource for the senior living industry’s online employment connections. In the past year, 3,250 senior living positions were posted to the career center, receiving 173,000+ views via social media, the ALFA website and the Career Center website. 1,600 job seekers set up 82,500 job agents and posted 1,400 resumes. We appreciate each of you for your contributions in making this a go-to resource.

Even more exciting than the past success of the Career Center is ALFA's new partnership with the National Healthcare Career Network (NHCN), which will connect ALFA with more than 265+ healthcare trade and professional association job boards, including the American Hospital Association, American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, and American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, etc.

ALFA's Career Center will re-launch on January 9th with a brand new look and enhanced features to better serve your needs.  As an association centered on serving as the voice for operators of senior living communities and the seniors and families they serve, there is no other more meaningful service that we can provide than to offer ALFA members – and the industry at large – an easy-to-use and highly targeted resource for online employment connections.
